Ninja Creami raspberry ice cream is made with fresh raspberries. Don't have fresh raspberries? You can use frozen instead!
The grocery store by my house had a half-off sale on raspberries recently. So of course, I grabbed way too many. I used some for snacks, but I also made this raspberry Ninja Creami! So good. Perfect raspberry flavor.
This recipe would work using frozen raspberries too! It's also a high protein version since it has cottage cheese for the base. I love using cottage cheese in my Ninja Creami recipes. It adds such a great texture and some protein without using protein powder.
I hope you love this recipe as much as me! Enjoy!
How to make Ninja Creami raspberry ice cream
Add ingredients to blender.

Blend until smooth and pour into your Ninja Creami container.

Freeze for at least 18-24 hours on a level surface in your freezer.

Process on the light ice cream setting.

Respin if needed, and enjoy!

Recipe tips
- After freezing, I like to run warm/hot water along the outer edge for 30 seconds or leave out for 10 minutes to allow the outer edge to thaw before processing.
- If ice cream is crumbly after processing, add a splash of milk and respin. If not soft enough, simply respin.
- If you have leftovers, smooth out the top and return to the freezer. You may need to reprocess before enjoying again.
