Make me all the cold drinks this summer. A while back, I posted a recipe for blackberry iced tea. But now, peaches are everywhere and delicious, so I had to make a version for peach iced tea!
For some reason, peach iced tea makes me think of Santa Fe. When I was in high school, I wound up stopping in Santa Fe for lunch on the way back from Colorado. I don’t remember much else about the stopover other than I ordered some iced tea along with my lunch, and it wound up being a peached iced tea. It was so delicious, and I’ve never been anywhere since that had this.
So with memories of Santa Fe, and the insane heat of this summer, I bring to you this recipe for peach iced tea. The recipe assumes you already have some iced tea on hand, but if you don't whip up a batch! Then you can use it to make both this peach iced tea and this blackberry iced tea.
