Air fryer cranberry apple crisp is a delicious fall dessert! These cranberry crisps are single serving and made in individual ramekins for an easy and tasty treat. The sweet crumble topping pairs beautifully with the tart cranberries.

This time of year, I love incorporating all the cranberries into my desserts. I love them. They just add such a bright tartness that balances out the sweetness of desserts.
I knew I wanted to make an apple cranberry crisp. And I knew I wanted to make it in my air fryer. So I got out my ramekins, and made individual cranberry apple crisps.
They cooked up quickly and perfectly in my air fryer. The apples and cranberries get softened in the first 10 minutes, and then in the second 10 minutes the crisp topping gets perfectly browned and crispy.
Ingredients
For the filling:
- Apples - I used gala apples, but you can use honeycrisp, granny smith, fuji, etc.
- Cranberries - Fresh or frozen cranberries both work. You do not need to thaw the cranberries before using, if using frozen.
- White granulated sugar
- Flour
- Cinnamon
- Nutmeg
- Butter (melted)
For the crisp topping:
- Oats - I used old fashioned oats, but you can use quick cook oats too. It will not change the cook time.
- Brown sugar
- Flour
- Butter - You can use salted butter or unsalted. (I used salted). You will need the butter to be room temperature, so keep that in mind before preparing to make the crisp.
- Pecans - Using pecans is optional, but I love the additional texture it gives the cranberry apple crisp. You could also use walnuts.
Equipment needed
Air Fryer - You'll need an air fryer to make this recipe.
Ramekins - This recipe makes single servings of the apple cranberry crumble. I have found that 6oz ramekins work perfectly for this. You can also use 8oz or 10oz ramekins if that is what you have at home. Just make sure to evenly divide the filling and topping among 4 ramekins.
What to serve with the cranberry apple crisp
The cranberry apple crisp is delicious just served as is with a spoon!
However, I also like serving mine with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Cinnamon whipped cream would also be very tasty served on top or on the side of the crisp.

Recipe notes
- The butter needs to be room temperature to incorporate it properly into the oat mixture for the crisp topping.
- I used 6 oz ramekins for the recipe. However, you could also use 8 oz or 10 oz ramekins.
- The apples and cranberries will cook down slightly while cooking, making more room in the ramekins for the crumble topping.
- Want a tart, more cranberry-forward dessert? Swap the amounts of cranberries and apples and instead use 1 apple and 2 cups cranberries.
