This Ninja Creami ice cream recipe only uses three ingredients for a delicious and easy way to make ice cream using your favorite jam or jelly.

Did you know you can use jam to make a delicious Ninja Creami ice cream? Well, now you do! The sugar in the jam gives the ice cream sweetness, the fruit gives it flavor, and the pectin works to give the ice cream the perfect texture.

I seem to always have a jar of raspberry jam in my house (it's my favorite), and so this version uses raspberry jam, but you can use most flavors of jam or jelly. So use what you have and enjoy a delicious and easy Ninja Creami ice cream.

I used cottage cheese here for a high protein version, and it was delicious and made the ice cream so creamy without having to use cream.

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese
  • Raspberry jam
  • Milk

How to make Ninja Creami jam ice cream

Add the cottage cheese, jam, and milk to your Ninja Creami container. Stir to combine.

Cover, then place in the freezer on a level surface and freeze for at least 18 hours.

Remove from the freezer, and run some warm or hot water along the outside to thaw the outer layer. I typically do this for about 45 seconds.

Recipe tips

  • If you want more protein, add some vanilla or unflavored protein powder.
  • Highly recommend running warm/hot water along the outside of your Creami container before processing. This will allow the outer layer to thaw and get properly incorporated when the ice cream spins.
  • If you have leftovers, smooth out the top and return to the freezer. You may need to process again before serving.

I haven't yet, but I want to try! I've done a couple of peanut butter ice creams that I want to try mixing jam into.
