Ninja Creami sweetened condensed milk ice cream is an easy three ingredient vanilla base. It's so easy to customize this recipe with so many flavors and mix-ins!

Ninja Creami sweetened condensed milk ice cream this recipe

My dad loved making homemade ice cream. He would make a big batch using the big ice cream maker that would sit on our patio, churning the ice cream for hours. And one thing I always remembered was him using sweetened condensed milk in the base.

So today, that's what I did too. A simple vanilla base using sweetened condensed milk. It has such a delicious flavor. And since the sweetened condensed milk is already sweet, no need to add any additional sugar.

I love using this one as a base recipe and either just enjoying or adding different flavors or mix-ins.

Ingredients

  • Sweetnened condensed milk
  • Milk
  • Vanilla extract

Recipe tips

  • I've found that if you respin this one too much, it definitely softens. If adding mix-ins, I typically do it after just processing once. Otherwise I have to stick it back in the freezer to harden up again.
  • I usually run a little warm water along the outer edge of the container for 30 seconds before processing to allow the very outer layer to thaw.
  • If you have leftovers, simply smooth out the top and return to the freezer.
