What to serve with air fried cod
I like to serve my cod with a fresh squeeze of lemon juice and parsley. However, you can use lime juice or leave it out.
The cod is delicious served with air fryer green beans, air fryer parmesan tomatoes, or air fryer crispy squash.
You can also serve it with non-air fryer sides like sesame rice and roasted harissa carrots.
Want to skip the fresh lemon juice? Drizzle with a preserved lemon vinaigrette instead!
