This homemade harissa mayo has been one of my favorites lately. It's a delicious spicy mayo that is made with only 4 ingredients. It's a little smoky, a little spicy, and bright from the lemon.
I've been enjoying this as a dipping sauce for french fries and chicken nuggets, and it's also delicious spread onto a burger or sandwich!
Ingredients
- Mayo - Use regular mayo for this. You can also use a vegan mayo if you prefer.
- Harissa - This uses jarred harissa. Use your favorite brand!
- Garlic powder - This gives the harissa mayo a little extra flavor.
- Lemon juice - The freshly squeezed lemon juice gives a nice brightness and acidity to the mayo.

How to make harissa mayo
Simply add all your ingredients to a bowl.
Stir together until completely combined.
I like to transfer to another bowl for serving, since the one I mix it in can get messy from the stirring!
