Air fryer parmesan brussels sprouts are a delicious side dish! Brussels sprouts get roasted in the air fryer and then topped with parmesan cheese that crisps up in the air fryer.

I'm a fan of brussels sprouts. And my favorite way to eat them is to roast them up. Luckily, the air fryer does a really good job of roasting them. And topped with parmesan cheese? Delicious.
The parmesan gets a little crispy and adds a delicious flavor after being air fried. This is a side dish that is perfect for any occasion.

How to make the air fryer parmesan brussels sprouts
Preheat air fryer at 400 degrees F for 5 minutes.
While air fryer preheats, slice brussels sprouts in half and add to a bowl. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, and a pinch of red pepper flakes (if using). Stir to coat brussels sprouts in oil.
Place parchment paper in the air fryer basket (this will keep the parmesan cheese from falling through the grates in the air fryer). Then add the brussels sprouts to the air fryer.
Air fry at 380 degrees for 10 minutes, then stir.
While brussels sprouts cook, grate your parmesan cheese if using fresh parmesan cheese.
Brussels sprouts should be roasted and mostly cooked through.
Top the brussels sprouts with the parmesan cheese.
Air fry for an additional 4-5 minutes at 380 degrees F.
Plate and enjoy!
