The air fryer is the best way to cook Trader Joe's latkes. These air fryer latkes are quick and easy to make for a delicious breakfast or snack.

I love keeping a box of the Trader Joe's latkes around when I want something quick and easy for breakfast. I'm such a fan of savory breakfasts, and these always taste delicious.

Sometimes I will just enjoy them as is, sometimes with some green onions on top, sometimes with applesauce, and sometimes alongside some bacon and eggs.

But no matter what, I always air fry them. I have found that is the absolute best way to cook the latkes. They get crispy and are just so easy to cook this way. Very hands off.

How to cook Trader Joe's Potato Pancakes in the air fryer

Open up the box and remove however many of the latkes you want to cook.

How many latkes come in a package?

A package of potato pancakes from Trader Joe's includes 8 latkes.

How to store leftover latkes

For any latkes that are still frozen, simply place them back in the freezer.

For any of the latkes that have been cooked, store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 1-3 days. To reheat, place back in your air fryer basket and cook for 2-3 minutes until warmed through and crispy. Keep a close eye on them to make sure they don't burn!

What to serve with the latkes

The air fried latkes are delicious served with a dollop of sour cream and applesauce. I also just love serving with some green onions.

I will sometimes serve with scrambled eggs like these scrambled eggs with chives or scrambled eggs with spinach.
